A world-travelled chef who has cooked for royalty and for the big stars of show business and the sporting world has been given command of Beech Hill’s kitchens.
For 6-years Trevor Hambley, 35, worked alongside celebrity chef Marco Pierre White at a variety of London’s leading restaurants. Then he moved into the high octane world of Formula One motor racing. He was head chef for the Red Bull racing team before becoming executive chef for Honda and looking after the culinary needs of the drivers, technical staff, executives and VIP guests. This took him to a great many countries including China, Brazil and Australia.

Over the coming months we have some great events taking place at Beech Hill. Once again we have teamed up with Music 55-7 to bring you a very special concert season, these events are very popular so early booking is advisable.
On March 16th at 8:00pm we have an evening of local food and traditional music on the eve of St Patricks Day featuring a special performace by Faduda - Paul Herron voice/guitar, Padraig O'Brien fiddle, Paul Harrigan accordian, Kevin Murphy piano. Faduda plays a great set of jigs, reels, slows airs and songs - orginal music in a traditional setting.
