Spanish Guitar with Carlos Bonell |

On Sunday 26 April at 8pm Beech Hill and Music55-7 hosts a special evening in the company of world renowned guitarist, Carlos Bonell. Featuring wine education and tasting by Direct Wine Shipments and 5 courses of canapes the evening will be topped off by Carlos playing music from his own personal collection of favourites.
Carlos is celebrated for a career which includes TV, Film and CD recordings, worldwide tours, concertos with the major orchestras, and the creation of his own Ensemble. He can be heard on the sound tracks of the Hollywood films City of Angels and The Honest Courtesan and on the BBC TV productions Inspector Morse and The Politician's Wife. He has played at many international Festivals including The City of London, Aldeburgh, Helsinki, Israel, Tanglewood, Sydney, Istanbul, Hong Kong, and New York's Mostly Mozart Festival., and his tours take him as far as Australia, the Far East and South America

Sound of Seventeen Big Band |

In conjucntion with the Derry City Jazz Festival, on Sunday May 3rd a special Jazz Sunday Lunch will take place in the Beech Hill marquee. Jazz Sunday Lunch costs £24.95 per person and included full lunch and entertainment by The Sound of Seventeen Big Band.
The Sound of Seventeen is an Edinburgh based Big Band. The band plays swinging Big Band numbers from the likes of Count Basie and Duke Ellington and many other big band legends, also featuring outstanding vocalists.
Jazz festival performances include the North Sea Jazz festival, the Montreal Jazz festival and the Cork Jazz Festival.

Afternoon tea used to be served in homes, hotels and cafes all across Ireland. And then it seemed to go out of fashion. But it’s such fun, so we have brought this fine tradition back again and we are serving the most beautiful variety of cakes, pastries and sandwiches, all of which are made fresh in our kitchens every morning.
The afternoon teas are available from 3:00pm – 6:00pm daily and will be priced from £12.95 depending on how big a variety of sandwiches and pastries are ordered. Guests will have a choice of tea or coffee.
